That is why I have the most unique coaching practice available. It is call-any-time. I only take a few clients at a time and they have any-time access to working on, or through their issues.
Mike Sambrook
With over two decades of guiding leaders from corporate, ministry, non-profit, trades, finance, and many other industries, Mike shares his unique perspective on the universal challenges that plague every executive. As a leader and a follower, Mike has observed how the relationships between leaders and their staff not only affect team dynamics, productivity, sustainability and engagement, but also, and perhaps more importantly, service quality and customer experience. Mike is a natural born coach. Whether in business, leadership, or as a certified golf instructor, Mike’s ability to ask the right questions allows clients to discover for themselves the keys to unlocking their own potential. Mike possesses a coaching perspective and has the courage to ask the authentic questions. His service to clients focuses on the long-term development of their leadership abilities while paying careful attention to short-term goals and urgent issues.
A graduate of Trinity Western University, Mike holds a Master of Arts in Transformational Servant Leadership and for the past 10 years has served as an adjunct professor of leadership studies at his alma mater.
Theron Huff
Theron is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He graduated with a BA from the University of Virginia in 2003 and he graduated with his MA in Counseling from Missio Seminary in 2018.
He has been coaching with Vision for Your Life since 2019 and is the founder and lead counselor of Theron Huff Counseling, LLC, which serves clients in Philadelphia and the surrounding area. Additionally, Theron works with the Timothy Foundation developing young Christian leaders. He also leads a team of college students at Penn for Skeptics Dinner – a place for meaningful conversations and skeptical ideas.
Previously, Theron worked with Young Life for over 15 years in Chester County and in Philadelphia, where he started multiple clubs. He also spent a year in the world of finance at Hoey Investments.
Theron lives in Philadelphia and spends a lot of time with his wife and young children and takes advantage of what the city has to offer, seeking to be an active member of his community and church. He enjoys engaging people in difficult situations, reading, writing, film, comedy, logic problems, chess, rock climbing, and anything athletic. He is always looking for great conversations and great food, preferably together.
