Our Services are designed to help individuals gain self-awareness and develop personal vision through the Vision For Your Life methodology developed by Bob Perkins.
2.2 Not Professional Advice
THE SERVICES PROVIDED ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
Our Services, including but not limited to Core Motivator assessments, AI-generated analyses, coaching sessions, and all related materials:
- Are NOT professional psychological, psychiatric, medical, legal, financial, or career counseling
- Are NOT therapy or mental health treatment
- Are NOT a substitute for professional advice from licensed professionals
- Should NOT be used as the sole basis for making major life decisions
2.3 AI-Generated Content
Portions of our Services utilize artificial intelligence technology to analyze user-submitted information and generate insights. You understand and acknowledge that:
- AI-generated analyses are algorithmic interpretations, not definitive assessments
- AI technology has limitations and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results
- AI-generated suggestions should be considered as one of many inputs in your decision-making process
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any AI-generated content
- USER ACCOUNTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Company Administrators: For platform management, quality assurance, user support, and service improvement
- Certified Facilitators: To provide facilitated sessions, group coaching, and cohort-based programs
- Vision For Your Life Coaches: To provide personalized coaching and guidance
- Bob Perkins and/or his designees: As the creator of the Vision For Your Life methodology, for training, quality assurance, research, and program development purposes
- Technical Support Personnel: For troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical assistance
4.2 Purpose of Access
Access by authorized personnel is for legitimate business purposes including but not limited to:
- Delivering the Services you have purchased
- Providing coaching, facilitation, and support
- Improving the accuracy and effectiveness of assessments
- Training coaches and facilitators
- Conducting research to improve the methodology (in anonymized or aggregated form)
- Ensuring quality and consistency of service delivery
- Responding to your inquiries and support requests
4.3 Confidentiality Obligations
All authorized personnel are bound by confidentiality obligations and are required to protect your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- Your satisfaction with your identified Core Motivator or assessment results
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
6.1 Assumption of Risk
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
- a) Personal Decisions: Any decisions you make regarding your career, relationships, finances, education, health, or any other aspect of your life based on information, insights, or guidance obtained through our Services are made at your own risk and are solely your responsibility.
- b) Life Changes: Personal development and self-discovery can lead to significant life changes. You assume full responsibility for any actions you take and any consequences that may result from those actions.
- c) Emotional Impact: Exploring your personal history, motivations, and life patterns may evoke strong emotions. You acknowledge this possibility and assume responsibility for your emotional well-being.
- d) No Substitute for Professional Help: If you are experiencing mental health issues, crisis situations, or need professional guidance in areas such as psychology, medicine, law, or finance, you agree to seek assistance from appropriately licensed professionals.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- a) IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, COACHES, FACILITATORS, BOB PERKINS, OR ANY OTHER ASSOCIATED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Personal injury or emotional distress
- Career changes, job loss, or employment-related outcomes
- Relationship changes or family impacts
- Financial losses or investment decisions
- Any other damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services
- b) THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF:
- The theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise)
- Whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages
- Whether the damages were foreseeable
- c) IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES IS NOT PERMITTED, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
6.3 Maximum Liability Cap
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
- INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, coaches, facilitators, Bob Perkins, and all associated parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

- Prices are subject to change; however, changes will not affect existing paid subscriptions until renewal

- Disagreement with AI-generated analyses or recommendations
- Failure to complete the program or use the Services

- Perceived lack of value or unmet expectations
- Technical issues that have been addressed by our support team
- Any life decisions or outcomes resulting from use of the Services
8.3 Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your account
- Pursue collection of the disputed amount plus any associated fees
- Report the dispute to credit agencies or collection services where permitted by law
8.4 Exceptions
In rare circumstances, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion. Any exceptions to this policy are not precedent-setting and do not obligate us to provide refunds in other situations.
